This two day training workshop is offered by KM Systems Group (KMSG) and Power Seminars. KMSG is a Project Management Institute (PMI) Registered Education Provider (REP). Project Management  Using Earned Value Management. This course is designed to give you a basic understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) and its relationship to Project Management. You will learn how to implement EVM and Successfully transfer the new knowledge/skills to your job.

Agile Development and Earned Value Management for Government Programs. An overview of Agile and EVM fundamentals is presented as well as the benefits of combining these popular disciplines. In addition, we will provide a framework for planning, measuring performance, and forecasting for government programs using Agile and EVM.

Each Seminar offers a carefully balanced combination of lecture, discussion and exercise in order to create an interactive and rewarding learning environment. Lunch in an upscale restaurant is included as an opportunity to network with other professionals on the course.
