KM Systems Group Offers Earned Value Seminars

During the upcoming months of July, August and September 2012, KM Systems Group will be hosting Program Management training classes open to the public. Interested participants can take the class in person or join in through our online webinars.

The classes offered are the following:

  • PM101 – Program Management Using Earned Value: Provides a basic understanding of Earned Value Management as well as its relationship to Program Management. The course also delivers the necessary knowledge to implement this tool in a work setting.

  • PM 103 – Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs): Provides essential knowledge of the Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) process, its connection to Program Management, as well as instruction for its preparation and implementation.
    • August 14-15 (Washington DC, Online)
    • 11 PDUs
