Kevin L. Martin - President

Kevin Martin, President of KM Systems Group, founded the company in 2002. Mr. Martin’s experience spans more than 25 years of planning and implementing information-driven business improvements for Fortune 500 clients and major government agencies by employing business process improvement and systems integration solutions. His work has included all phases of the information systems development lifecycle, from strategic planning, to the design, development, and implementation of large-scale systems. Mr. Martin is a recognized expert and frequent speaker on project and earned value management topics.

Prior to founding KM Systems Group, Mr. Martin was Senior Vice-President and Global Chief Knowledge Officer at KPMG Consulting where he served on the firm’s Executive and Operating Committee. He was responsible for developing the $3 billion global consultancy’s business strategy, process improvement, and knowledge management solutions offerings. He also developed KPMG’s Program and Project Management methodologies. Mr. Martin is an active member of the Project Management Institute EVM Community of Practice, College of Performance Measurement (CPM), and National Defense Industry Association (NDIA) Program Management Systems Committee (PMSC). Mr. Martin represented his previous company on the PMSC since the mid-1980’s and directly supported the NDIA PMSC Working Group (1997-8) that developed the initial version of the EVMS Standard (ANSI/EIA 748-98).




Matt Schneble - Vice President

Matt Schneble is Vice President of KM Systems Group, and leads the company's EVM System Design and Implementation efforts. Mr. Schneble has over seventeen years of successful experience in high-growth technical companies. With KM Systems Group, he has designed, developed, and implemented an integrated suite of program management applications to support the execution of program management using earned value. Mr. Schneble has installed and configured desktop and enterprise applications and databases to support program managers, control account managers, program control analysts and contracting officers. Additionally, he has developed and delivered training programs supporting the use of program management analysis and reporting applications.

Formerly, Mr. Schneble was a partner and founder of Akiga, an IT software distributor, reseller, and professional services provider. He also worked as the Vice President for Products and Professional Services for OptiGlobe Communications, Inc.



Lorraine Altamore- Comptroller
          

Lorraine Altamore is the Comptroller at KM Systems Group.  Ms. Altamore joined KMSG in 2009 and brings over 9 years of experience managing and operating the Accounting/Finance back office functions of small and medium size businesses.  She is responsible for ensuring the company’s financial organization, including accounting, tax and financial analysis.  She also has responsibility for Human Resource management

Prior to joining KMSG, Ms. Altamore served as Controller of Costas Kondylis & Partners, LLP a top New York City based architectural/design firm.  She currently holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a master’s degree in Taxation and is currently pursuing her CPA licensure.

 

 Sarah S.  Martin- Chief Executive Officer
   

Ms. Martin, the Managing Partner of KM Systems Group serves as the chief executive officer where she is responsible for the overall execution of the Firm's business strategy, oversees operations and leads the corporate communications practice.  Previously,  she served as a senior executive for both public and private companies including KPMG, BearingPoint and CSC.

Mrs. Martin supports KMSG client companies  in the development and execution of communication and organizational change programs t hat  engage employees and other  key stakeholders to achieve growth, She has extensive transnational, change management and strategic communications experience in professional services, consulting and technology industries, and has served as senior communications strategist and adviser  to CEOs, executive teams and corporate boards on reputation, employee and financial matters. 

As vice president for Corporate Communication at CSC, Ms. Martin had responsibility for the global communications functions for the $16 billion public company with more than 100,000 employees. She led strategy, planning and execution of all internal and external communications initiatives which included a CEO transition and launch of new strategy and transformation initiatives impacting all aspects of the company. She was responsible for communications strategies to transition the company to new performance-oriented culture designed to strengthen the company’s growth initiatives and achieve aggressive revenue targets.

 

Prior to this she was vice president of Corporate Communications for BearingPoint and was responsible for executing global communications strategy and directing worldwide internal and external communications functions for the $3 billion global, publicly traded company. In this role she played an integral part in the transition team that managed the company’s spinoff and initial public offering in 2001 and its integration and change strategies during BearingPoint’s global re-branding  campaign (from KPMG Consulting) and extensive global acquisition activity including many of the assets and employees of Andersen Consulting. Ms. Martin was a Managing Director at KPMG Consulting, where she led consulting engagements providing new product development and strategic marketing services to clients in the federal market.

Ms. Martin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations and a Master of Arts degree in international relations from Boston University.
